You have a lot of free/ downtime, meaning you can be on your phone or get other things done.

Cons

Pay structure, the leadership, all men in leadership. No room for growth. Reason I left the company is because the company promises a certain structure, and pay when you realize you are being robbed. This issue is an issue all throughout the department of retention! your commission never adds up to the work an employee puts it, and when each of the employees complained they were discharged to given less work. overall terrible experience !!!!!
