Worst Management team

Pros

Good money ... but they have cut commission rate 6 times in past 2 years

Cons

inconsiderate management team .. plays favorites which can vary income by as much as 400% ... bate ad switch advertising ... difficult for clients to cancel orders and get billing to end .. refunds take months .. direct customer service calls to sales staff in deference to client and sales staff needs. many other stress inducing scenarios ... there have been strokes and heart attacks in the sales suite while on the job.

Cons

Very stressful job. There are always many calls in waiting and the supervisors are constantly pressing you to shorten your talk time and take as many calls as possible, while also making no mistakes. The hospitals constantly change how they want things to be done, on a day to day basis something is being "updated," for better or worse. Hospital instructions are oftentimes unclear, yet the hospitals constantly complain about errors. The patients are rude. Open 24/7 all days of the year, including holidays. Sometimes they force you to work holidays.

- Opportunity for growth - 4 promotions in 6 years - I've learned a lot about sales and marketing at CA and have also been afforded the opportunity to showcase my expertise in other areas - "Open-door" environment; no one's off-limits or too important to hold a conversation with you - Communication within the company surrounding organizational changes (good or bad) has improved drastically over the past 3 years - The CEO acknowledges anniversaries (I've been here for 6 years, and this was the first year my anniversary was acknowledged) - Sr. Management cares about morale and is always looking for different ways to boost it - Benefits packaged and PTO have improved

Cons

- Enforce a stricter dress code and attendance policy; it's great to be flexible but don't let employees take advantage as that can lower morale of the employees who are dependable and following rules
