Graet location ,compensation and room for growth if you are a hard worker . I have worked here 2 years and have moved up several times being compensated each time .

Cons

The managers are lazy. They give you an attitude if you ask them for help with something. They think their better than the agents under them They punish the agents for having their phones out on their desk, yet management keeps their phones on their desk. Management even answers their cell phones on the floor. The director makes all of the agents uncomfortable. The agents of African decent all feel as though the director is a racist. Management treats their agents like children. Management talks to their agents in such a disrespectful, condescending manner.
