      Pros

      There is potential to do ok here, there used to be a real opportunity to do well here. It is a high paced, high energy call center.

      Cons

      Its an odd thing when the CMO stands in front of a room and tells everyone how well the sales team is doing. It is even stranger when almost in the same breath we are told that our commission plans are going to be reduced. Now imagine this occurring 3x in one year and then you will have a brief understanding of how this company really feels about its employees. Now in all fairness you can make a living here, just dont expect it to be at all consistent.

      Great place to work in a fun, high energy and fast paced environment. Opportunity to advance based on performance is welcomed. Tremendous earning potential and an generous commission plan. With a great attitude the sky is the limit and you will be glad to be here. You can meet the goals that are set in place for you. To me , not a job but a career or home . A place you will be happy to be a part of.

      Cons

      You can get an overwhelming amount of calls(I personally like that) Training is somewhat tough but in depth and you will be ready to go. Fast paced job. Quick floor. Again I like that but it is fast.
