Pros

Awesome company to work for. Great management team. Your ability to move up in ranks and make excellent money is completely up to you and your attitude. If you can follow directions, and can adapt well to change, then you can succeed here.

Cons

There are changes all the time. This may be a con for some, but again, if your attitude is right and you deal well with change, this shouldn't have any effect on your ability to do your job and make money.

Dream Come True!

Pros

I’m honestly not sure where to begin. There are endless amounts of things I could say about this Company. But, I don’t think they would do it justice in regards to how amazing it is to work here at Connect America. I’ve never met friendlier co-workers, the office is always in pristine condition, free unlimited coffee, a goal driven Executive Team that cares, outstanding CEO, and possibly the nicest man on Earth the Chairman all lead this company in doing great things every day. I left my previous company after almost two years of service. Being a post-graduate I was driven to find an Organization that I can raise up the ranks and become a better version of myself both professionally and personally. When I came across an open position here at Connect America it was in such a prime location being right off of City Ave and within my preferred salary range. It was a no brainer, I quickly applied and the rest is history. My first day on the job everyone was so friendly and offered to help on even the smallest task that I may have had any questions with. To this very day I remember the exact words of advice from the young lady I took over the position from had said “Take up every task and project with a smile.” Those words could not be more true. I offered to help every department I could in the company. One to test my skills and abilities, acquire new ones, and hopefully find a career path that could ultimately see myself spending the rest of my professional career in. Fast forward 6 months later from my initial start date and I received the opportunity of a lifetime when I least expected it. If you’re looking for a company with a management and executive team that cares and wants to see their team grow with them. Connect America is the place to be! The growth opportunity here is tremendous, constant friendly smiling faces, and best of all your work means something! You’re either saving lives or helping the company grow to new heights. When you’re doing something you love, it will never feel like work. That is definitely the truth here!

Cons

Finding something I disliked about the company was very difficult. But, I want to give an honest review. They only thing I could say is that PTO when I first started at the company is was lower than my previous place of employment for the first year.
