They really want you to succeed and they give you the tools and training to do so. Management is easy to talk to and they are always willing to work with you to come up with a solution. We always have fun activities and contests. They have a great work atmosphere, and the overall vibe in my office is positive.

There is so much room to grow within Connect America! They will promote people to higher positions who put forth the effort and time instead of immediately hiring from outside company.
