Upper Management at Connect America is incredible. It's evident that care about their subscribers are what is first and foremost. Also, the fact that upper management doesn't expect any of the employees to do anything they aren't willing to do themselves, or haven't done themselves in the past, creates a culture, top down, that makes me proud to work for, and be a part, of this company. All employees that I work with and support have a professional and positive attitude, which in this business is a super plus. A lot of the company interacts with Seniors, and, bringing a positive attitude into the situation, whatever situation someone may be in at any given moment is a super benefit. You can see it carries over to interacting with everyone you come in contact with at work. Ample opportunity is available to progress upwards in Connect America as well; as the Company is always looking for opportunities to grow and for forward thinking ideas, which provides the opportunity for great job security, and, that upward progress ability for those who wish to pursue it. I personally enjoy my job immensely, and with the people here that i interact with never lacking a smile, it feels like they all do enjoy their job here as well.
