Pros

The company is positioned well in a very competitive industry.

Cons

Like most sales jobs, sales can be cyclical. Agents sometimes panic when sales slow down. They forget that it was just booming a month ago. Not to mention that their commission for the whole year is good. Unfortunately some good agents are lost due to not being able to weather the ups and downs.

Pros

Great leadership, training, and work environment. Fine good work family that makes it a great pleasure to work with. We do quality work with the leading Company helping others in the medical alert field. Personalized medical alerts for each individual needs with the newest technology available. We save lives and give peace of mind to so many. A feel good job that is properly rewarded. A product that my own family has used including my Father. I came to work with them after I acquired a medical alert for my Dad, when he was alone, many years ago. I personally have other family members enrolled and it has been a true life saver.

Cons

As a positive person, I find no cons in working here.

They really are flexible

Pros

During my interview, they told me..."We're flexible." I thought, yeah, that's what they all say. I was teaching a class at a local University and really wanted to keep it up as it's a passion. That meant I would have had to leave at 2:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Well, they hired me, and they really are flexible. Truly makes a difference.

Cons

As I'm the Sales Trainer, the only way to learn the business is to sell the product. Outbound calls can be a little tough, but no worries, I've already made 2 Sales and it's a great way to learn...by doing!
