Pros

Perks: Weekly pay (helps when on a budget), I have my own desk, able to work independently and it is a friendly environment. There is a large break room, ample parking, $20 commissions for outbound and up to date computers. They do assist with employee retention even though it is sales employment which is a relief.

Cons

Pay raises are at discretion of a supervisor and there is no available ~ approved overtime to take advantage of. SEPTA is infrequent farther out to this office but at least accessible. A vehicle is advised, especially at night and on the weekends unless able to get scheduled for the day time shift. At this time there is no hiring bonuses for those that refer employment.
