      Have you noticed how the negative reviews on Connect Search are disappearing as soon as they are written or are getting pushed back by positive reviews? That's because management required every single employee to log in and write something positive to give them a false "glorious review". Yup, that is the kind of company this is. Lots of promises, terrible hours, some teams can't even take a lunch or they are frowned upon. Management acts like they are in 5th grade. Unless you are a favorite- I would run for the hills

      We love lunchtime at Connect Search! We've built out our break room and you can often find teammates heading out to grab a bite to eat, meet with clients or enjoying lunch in the break room while catching up on the latest sports, news or game show on TV. We also love it when our hard work is recognized by our clients! Everyone here takes pride in their work and when someone is thoughtful enough to write a positive review, that is celebrated internally. Who doesn't like a pat on the back?       Pros

      I have now been at Connect Search for about three years and am blown away by the amount of opportunity I have been given. Coming in with no agency experience, I was developed and trained in a way that made me successful out of the gates. During my time here I have been given the opportunity to manage, develop and lead my own team as well as continue to grow as a recruiter. For someone at this point in their career, I have been allowed to pursue so many different responsibilities and truly feel that I am on a team who is invested in my growth with the company. We are young, and it's an amazing time to be here. The leadership here sets a great example and I feel that I have great managers to look up to when it comes to work ethic and productivity.

      Cons

      With any new company comes growing pains. It is not necessarily a con, but something that our leadership team has to continue to work through and be aware of.

      Best in Class Staffing Company!

      Pros

      Very generous PTO policy, heavily focus on promoting their internal staff and constantly talk about internal infrastructure, do a ton of charity events

      Cons

      Staffing is a tough industry and definitely not meant for the faint of heart. Make sure you don't get upset easily or are the type of person that pouts if something doesn't go your way.
