      Pros

      Pays very well Fun sales culture but still very professional Flexible with PTO / work from home No micromanagement at all Partners all have 10+ years of successful experience to draw from (and the relationships that come with) Pays very very well Management allows you to operate as you see fit, if you're billing, do what you want

      Cons

      The office space itself is in the loop, but not very impressive. Not a bid deal in my opinion, but looks matter to clients / candidates. Personal computer hardware needs to be updated soon

In terms of office space, we have some exciting changes happening at the beginning of 2018 which will greatly enhance our overall office space and technology.
