Pros
I've worked at a few staffing firms in my day and, Connect Search was one that truly gave you the freedom to build your own voice. A number of firms give you updated metrics on a daily basis (# of calls, # of interviews, time on the phone, etc). While those are great to hold you accountable, Connect Search did not believe in that helicopter boss mentality. Compared to other firms in the market, these guys pay fair market value. I built many valuable relationships within the walls at Connect Search. Staffing can be a very frustrating business, but they give you all the opportunities to be successful. I would recommend the firm to anyone in the staffing world even if you're not considering a transition from your current role.
