Great environment, team culture between contract and permanent placement groups. Strong resource for both clients and candidates whether looking for new employees to add to their team or looking for new opportunities. Connect Search is very honest with their clients regarding how difficult a search will be, fill time and what the process will look like.

Pros

Connect Search was extremely resourceful for me during my recent job search. The staff is down-to-earth (truly taking the time to listen and understand my professional profile) and responsive (finding opportunities that fit well). Special thanks to Kimberly Lang, who not only worked hard to find suitable job opportunities for me but was also a joy to speak with - a real cheerleader and champion on my behalf. I'm very appreciative.

Cons

There are no cons in regards to working with this company. Glassdoor requires a 20 word minimum, so again: No cons from me.

Since the 1st moment I begin to work with Connect Search in my job search, they were very professional along the way and very upfront on the job opportunities they presented. They did land me a 6 month contract and Kristi Nicklas was my technical recruiter for the 6 months. She was the best to work with--very non-sales approach and she could relate to her contractors on a personal level. I would recommend Kristi to anyone that desires a stress-free job placement experience, and likes working with people who really care. I would love to work with Connect Search again in the future.

Cons

I could not think of any cons, since everyone with Connect Search that I interacted with was above par!
