      Reviews saying everything is great here are written by current members of management Bc they don’t want low star rating but when you start working here, you will see those reviews are in fact true. Leadership will publicly criticize recruiters Poor diversity Forced to work after getting off of work! Some employees have to make 50 calls per day others not so much Often spoken to like a peasant…

      Pros

      I just spent this past Saturday with 15 of my colleagues at Habitat for Hummanity. We spent about 8 hours helping to build 3 different homes. I saw my colleagues building fences, putting up siding, laying bathroom tile and laying down new flooring. What impresses me the most about this group, is not only their work ethic, but their attitude. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and the day flew by. It was a really nice feeling to be part of a group that cares so much about giving back and just has a good time doing it.

      Autonomy, commission structure, downtown office.

      Cons

      Lack of infrastructure, boys club leadership, no real culture. So many other firms to work for in Chicago.
