      We concur with your assessment of an environment poised with amazing colleagues and ample opportunities for professional development in a stimulating industry. As an industry leader in technology supporting the entire IT lifecycle, it’s disappointing you observe a stalled vision within the industry. There’s an opportunity for improving our communications with our 2,400+ employees. In part, we launched a corporate intranet to unite employees in each division and highlight our initiatives. Leaders within all business units continues to partner to improve operational efficiencies that support and not hinder the sales process. Engaging forums such as Glassdoor to provide a portal for employees to share advice with management is reflective of Connection’s desire solicit feedback to improve our operations and enhance our employees’ experience.       Pros

      Fast growing company pay increases when you get certification, and company pays for certifications 3 weeks vacation on day 1 overtime is typically available when wanted i've made a number of suggestions to management and most of them were acted on Easy work

      Cons

      Starting pay was a little low but that was made up for with certifications
