      Good if you need industry experience, wouldn’t recommend otherwise

      Pros

      Learned a lot about the tech solutions industry that was helpful when applying elsewhere. 3 weeks vacation time to start. Good people. Steady work. Pretty easy to get promoted if you put your head down and prove you’ll do the work

      Cons

      Extremely outdated thinking by management. Very conservative company and failing to stay competitive due to their resistance to change. Extremely low pay compared to other similar positions - most people leave and make a lot more $ elsewhere. Employees are quitting left and right. Onboarding training is almost non-existent and not much growth training.

      I wouldn’t recommend

      Pros

      Vacation time and some of the people you will meet there are amazing people

      Cons

      Mass amounts of over time the configuration lab has been on overtime for about 7 months now with no end in sight. The pay isn’t the greatest either if your just a starting out technician or even a higher tech Understaffed for the amount of work being asked to be done
