Cons

Terrible technology, awful leadership and no care for workers. Terrible comp plan compared to market. No culture and no work life balance.

Over the last year, we have added new benefits such as volunteer and wellness time and Lyra (a complimentary mental health service for employees and their eligible dependents) because we deeply value our employees and care for their well-being.
