Awful/Insulting pay, poor management structure, employees are set up for failure and punished with excessive overtime and mandatory weekends

Pros

The people that work at Connection are great. Nice, friendly and supportive. The company is awesome, very open to new ideas, very collaborative, and open to new ways of doing things. Flexible schedules and remote work is supported.

Cons

Not able to see everyone face to face but we are working through that like everyone else!
