Pros

I truly enjoy working at Connection due to the flexibility and autonomy provided by my manager. Having come from an environment where it was expected you were in the office for all traditional office hours and were continuously micromanaged, Connection is a breath of fresh air! Even during the trying time of the pandemic our benefits team is continuously working towards improving our benefits, the latest being Lyra.......a mental health platform!
