Opportunities are endless if you put in the effort! Work Life balance is great- Weekends/holidays/ PTO! Personal/Professional development tools are top notch!

Cons

Sr Leadership is still living in the past and doesn't like change. Sr Leadership could be more diverse. Less incentives for departments outside of Sales exclusively.

Pros

Everyone is so kind, and my people manager is the second best I've ever had, and she's on her way to being the best. The benefits are great, and there is strong leadership and a strong balance sheet with a ton of cash.

Cons

Too big so moves like the Titanic Tenured workforce that is resistant to change and modernization Publily traded (CNXN) so always RIF risk if they miss Wall Street targets.
