      A good place to cut your teeth as a sales rep

      Comprehensive onboarding and continued training; leadership development opportunities; great people

      Cons

      It can be extremely challenging to build a strong book of business without inheriting accounts from reps who have left. The line of succession is basically set. Once you reach the management level opportunities for growth .are extremely hard to come by.

      Pros

      Connection provided a collaborative environment for exciting creative work. I was fortunate to have very supportive mentors who helped me work on increasingly complex and interesting design projects. They gave me the flexibility to experiment while also providing the guidance and direction to turn many of my ideas into reality. I enjoyed the creative autonomy, but also collaborating with such a supportive and talented team. It’s been a great experience overall.
