A little reflection after my first sale in my new role! I'm midway through my 8th week of employment at Connection and I couldn't be more happy with my position, team and company as a whole. The amount of support and resources that Connection offers its employees is nothing short of incredible... to say its reassuring is an understatement. The trainers, managers, and sales coaches don't just tell you they want you to be successful in your role, they show you through endless amounts of passion, emotion and training. The training itself is first class and never once have I felt uncomfortable or "out of place", and coming from medical device sales, this was expected. A big thanks to Scott Nelson, & Kevin Lam for the endless support and coaching over the past couple of months! I know it hasn't been easy dealing with my late night and early morning pings! I recommend athletes or anyone that loves working on a team to think about joining the Connection family! They've built an organically competitive environment that any athlete or team member would love to be apart of! Pumped to see what my future holds with CNXN!
