Pros

TONs and TONS of extra's outside of the office. Always have vendor lunches or happy hours, or movie nights, golf nights, etc.

There are zero pro's to working here.

Cons

The company is run so poorly, management has no clue what's going on most of the time and the way they speak to employees is extremely unprofessional. They onboard you at 40k salary plus commission but they never provide you with your comp structure even when asked. If you care about a serious sales, stay far away from this company.
