Learning curve for this role is fairly lengthy.

Pros

My manager is always easy to speak with, and my teammates are always eager to help. I appreciate all of the training as well.

Cons

Too many ins and outs to get a quote generated. Have to contact all these different resources to get something started then they forget about you or take weeks to respond. The process takes so incredibly long. Instead of point A to point B, it’s point A to G to V. Makes it so hard to do anything or your job. Unorganized. Complicated. All this work for so little commission.
