The benefits are great! The company truly tries to take care of their employees. Just added a "wellness day" to the paid time off, as well as adding Lyra health benefits for added physical/mental/emotional well being.

Cons

I miss the teamwork atmosphere of actually being able to work with people. Not the company's fault though.

- Great work environment and team - A lot of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization - Flexible schedule in regards to working in and out the office - Salary and Quarterly/Annual bonus are decent

Cons

- The hours are from 9-6 and it is a little longer than I'm accustom to - They are only 7-8 observed holidays for the year - I feel like the company has a lot more potential but something is holding it back
