Pros

Working in the Microsoft Center Of Excellence was a great experience with a collaborative team. The salary and benefits were fair, and my managers and team leaders were super helpful withy any assistance in reaching my goals.

Cons

Since Microsoft products are always changing and evolving, there were times where different customer options were released without full development, which created challenges for the customer facing workforce. There was also some disorganization with internal processes, which would make delivery of solutions inefficient.
