Good Company to Work For

Pros

It is a large company in terms of size, scope and revenue but it still feels like a small company. Everyone worked together as a team and were friendly. They take an active role in career growth if you put forth the time and effort.

Cons

Many of the systems/applications were dated. Management had a very old school view at the time in terms of employee work areas (very small cubes) and that while working remotely was allowed, it was an exception and otherwise employees should be in the office everyday.

Prior to the pandemic, under normal business conditions, approximately 25% of our workforce was remote, with the balance of our employees working in multiple sites across the country. We expanded our remote capability for all essential positions to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of the organizations we support. While the duration of the pandemic is unknown, we will explore workplace flexibility as a component to our return-to-the-office strategy. Thank you for your support.

Pros

Dedicated cafeteria space, 12 month training process, networking with vendors

Cons

Territories are a little picked over and you are stuck with your assigned territories 99% of the time, can't go after public sector clients and you find sometimes you end up treading on other AM's toes due to the wonky CRM
