      Flexible and considerate of employees' work/life balance. Numerous people with 5+ years tenure provides a knowledgeable group of colleagues.

      Pay lags behind inflation and competitors.

      Pros

      Connection is a great place to work. The work/life balance is great, the managers are personable and accessible. It's a positive environment to work in, I've enjoyed my time.

      Cons

      The insurance benefits are OK but not great. The 401K company match is pretty weak and could be better.
