Pros

Working hours 8:30-5:30. Great benefits including tuition reimbursement. Friendly, family like atmosphere. All departments work together and provide support to one another in an effort to get things accomplished. Excellent opportunities for advancement. Fortune 1000 company, publicly traded.

Cons

I am fairly new to the Connection family as I was part of the Softmart acquisition. I haven't found any con's as of yet, and am extremely grateful for the hard work put forth by upper management and executives resulting in an 87% retention rate of Softmart employees during the transition/acquisition.

Great to work for a company with a wealth of knowledge about the industries. Product lines and pricing gives you an opportunity to compete against any of our competitors. Looking forward to utilize all the resources we have. Company seems to care about their employees.

Cons

We were just purchased in May. Lot's of changes and apprehension on what will transpire in the future. To early to tell - that is why only 3 stars below!
