The entire team from VP on down wants to see all succeed and all are willing to help all to do exactly that.

Cons

days that this office closes should match when the Government closes not the Corporate calendar in New Hampshire

While some employees work in the public sector, we do support the commercial sector as well and most our Holidays are aligned to the Federal Holidays but not all as you observed. We appreciate your recognition of the differences in the Public Sector vs SMB. Hence, our sales organizations are segmented so that our teams can focus on the particular needs of their particular markets.
