Pros

Great training. Great first sales job. Great being vendor agnostic, get as much out of this job as you can as far as the training goes.

Cons

Really low base pay... not flexible with working from remotely... even make you drive in during a snow blizzard...or take a vacation day. Career opportunities, are mission impossible...Hardly anyone gets promoted.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve made recent changes to our overall compensation plan, and those changes have been received extremely well. We do thank you for your positive comments on our training program. Once an Account Manager reaches a certain volume they can earn the ability to work from home, but those not at goal or new to the Company need the on-site level of support to be successful. To promote one’s career goals, we also have a defined path for an Account Manager to become a Senior Account Manager to an Executive Account Manager, with corresponding increases in compensation. In addition, most of our Sales Coaches, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Vice Presidents have been promoted internally.

Pros

Great pay 40k plus spiffs and bonuses. Yearly trips. Too much food!

Cons

Your happiness depends on your direct supervisor. If he or she likes you then great. But if not you are screwed. I have seen it on other teams. If your boss doesn't like you, no leads, no good accounts sent your way after a rep leaves.

Pros

The company is doing well financially, there are a lot of fun events planned all year around. Leadership is conservative, environment is friendly, benefits are relatively good.

Cons

Cubicles are tiny, leadership is conservative and mostly unwilling to take big risks on spending to try to improve process and environment. Some Managers need to be reviewed just as the employees get reviewed annually.

Our annual performance review process includes Managers; during this process we pay special attention to Directing/Leading/Motivating and Developing Staff, among other key areas, and we encourage all Managers to have regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with their direct reports. Our Company’s success has been built on making good choices on where to invest, and our charter is to drive higher-end technology solutions for our customers and prospects.
