Decent amount of vacation time, some good co-workers.
Cons
Well 1 pretty big con for a little over a year I've noticed is a few employees that have been with the company for more than a year or 2 are getting away with making too many mistake and oddly enough seem to have job security despite the large volume of quality issues plus our quality department has to continually watch over these individuals taking time away from making sure other mistakes don't make it out to the customer, Some employees are saying "well if (insert name here) can get away with it then so can I". Some employees are quick to tattle on others for frivolous reasons and get coddled as if mom was going to take care of them. We want to keep our customers and our employees happy, we need to let go of the problems, there are other jobs out there that may suit them better with all due respect.
