      Can’t think of a single thing.

      Awful on boarding training, favoritism is on the top of their agenda, targeting certain employees seems to be common, expectations depends on if management likes you or not. Read all of their policies, it’s very concerning. They can do whatever they want to you at any given time. Management and training do not teach the same things. You’re constantly mislead on expectations. They treat your role like a call center, all they care about are calls. I’ve never been more turned off by a sales position in my life.HR is not your friend here. Once I complained about targeting and obvious misconduct (with proof), I was targeted and fired a few months later once I submitted the evidence.

      Pros

      Connection has excellent benefits and is always improving the offerings. Our inhouse training programs are thorough and diverse. The various business groups interact and collaborate well. The last few years have seen consistent improvement in "care of employee." The current SVP of HR and their team are light years ahead of where we used to be. We continue to bring outstanding new employees on board.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better across the board. More management flexibility regarding team pay is needed.
