      Needs new leadership and to start paying their employees

      Pros

      Provides work cell to employees, finally recently able to work some days at home due to covid, if you’re coming from outside the company versus internal, you’ll make more money

      Cons

      Good ol boys club with overpaid Middle Aged white men rubbing the show making way too much with the people under them making next to Nothing. Severely underpaid compared to industry, terrible benefits, no fertility coverage and maternity leave is STD 60% for 6 weeks only.

      Thank you for sharing your experience working at Connection. Many of our roles allow the flexibility to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule. Enhanced maternity leave benefits are in the works as well improving diversity throughout the entire organization.

      Terrible Management. Terrible pay structure.

      Best IT Partner No one knows about.

      Pros

      Good company... like working for a family based business. Very low diversity, however. Older work force, mainly white males averaging 40-60 yo. Need to come into company with a book of business or won't survive.

      Cons

      Very low base pay. Unless you have established business you can bring with, if coming into white space, will struggle. Company just recently started marketing, so very little visibility within customer base.
