Pros

Good co-workers and good people in general, except for management (line) and upper. Good WLB for the most part.

Cons

Very depressed environment. Co-workers have mental issues incl management. They are unhappy in life and that comes down to us (their attitude, communications, etc). No career growth and treated like slaves at times. People get stuck here. And it's a big problem. I work with very talented SAs here but they could do so much better somewhere else and reach their potential, but they get stuck here and get "marinated". Then these talented SAs starting to become mediocre, like the rest and lose their motivation. Very bad to see that. And that's what happened to me too. I used to be so motivated. Now I can't look at myself in the mirror. I have to drink a lot because the env is so bad. I feel like I died inside already. Please don't repeat my steps. If you join - do so but only work for a year and MOVE ON. Else - you will be like me and feel like a loser. Trust me. Pay is low, expectations are high. Doesn't make sense... Big downturns. No involvment from the VP anymore. not sure. Now the sales control us. Overall, not a good compay for ambitions and motivated talent. Maybe if you ready to retire soon - you may feel like this is a good descending place. All the good talent already left - check LinkedIn! Whoever is stayed here are just like me (lxsers) and I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm a true lxser... Juts a hursh truth.

Pros

At least they are in Florida

Cons

Disgusting how people get promoted because they are like by upper management, and because of those poor choices the companies bottom line suffers. And the person that got promoted never gets blamed

Mismanaged Mess

Pros

The ONLY pro is the friendships you’ll make. Some of the people are truly amazing.

Cons

From the bottom to the top, Connection is being so poorly managed and no one is listening to the needs of the employees. We used to have panel board meetings, where we were able to ask questions directly to the VP, Sr. Director and other members of management. That was then turned into a quarterly rundown, where only submitted questions, preselected were answered. That is because they’re unable to continue making promises they don’t keep and don’t want to have to answer to this disaster they’ve created.
