      Lack of training, too much middle management. Many in management don't have realistic expectations on how long it takes to development. It appears they mine new reps for contacts and then cuts them loose.

In the interest of cultivating talent, managers are encouraged to assist employees with providing opportunities to learn and apply new skills. This includes identifying areas for improvement and creating a plan to assisting employees with overcoming gaps to achieve their full potential.       Great Benefits . Good place to work.

      Pros

      Health/dental insurance. 401k match. Great paid time off. On site cafeteria. Local to restaurants and shopping. They are very understanding of any family obligations.

      Cons

      Outdated cubicles. Fast turnover on the sales floor. Poor training and you’re expected to learn a lot on the fly. Management doesn’t listen to what their employees have to say.
