Pros

Some remote work but they are trying hard to make everyone in office.

Cons

Sales reps have not had accurate reporting into what we are getting paid in YEARS. We know what we're getting paid when its in the bank and management doesnt seem to care at all. When spifs are almost half your pay and you never know when they are paying thats super frustrating. They send out a spif report days after you're paid.

Flexible schedules, Remote work with life work balance

Cons

Poor Management. Very low pay. Lack of training and leadership to new employees on team. Many different divisions of Connection constantly competing with each other. Book alignments are not fair. Favortism is a thing. OH and they hire and keep managers that are horrible and dont forget about anyone but themselves and their pockets. HR doesn't help when ask to address poor managers and their inappropriate behaviors.
