      Pay is way below expectation, quotas are unrealistic, no compete clause is a big deterrent - wishing I had never signed it.

      The number of genuinely nice and caring people will pleasantly surprise you. The PTO policy is very competitive and benefits package is above average

      Cons

      The company doesn't value marketing, you will mostly be selling programs with heavy margin to partners. Senior Leadership keeps restructuring and adding layers that makes it more confusing. There is zero management oversight of the changes made and no support. Pay is about 25% below industry standard
