      As an account manager with Connection, you will have unlimited earning potential inclusive of a base salary, commissions, bonus opportunities and SPIFFs. There are the additional perks such as trips, gear, clothing and prizes you mentioned as well. While we offer over 300,000 products, there are a multitude of people resources and online tools to assist you with providing the right IT solutions to address your customers’ needs. While cold calling can be challenging for some, it is quite rewarding to cultivate relationships while providing unique solutions to an organization so it can be impactful to those entities who utilize its services. If you want to make a difference and in your words, have “lots of earning potential”, the account manager position can be rewarding.

      Pros

      Friendly environment for the most part. Employees really do band together and try to take care of each other.

      Cons

      Despite people leaving and what seems like many many complaints regarding senior sales management in Exton, nothing is done to fix it. Exton will continue to lose valuable employees if the bullying from senior management isn't dealt with. Corporate HR needs to step up and take care of the problem.

      A spirited team effort will certainly develop harmony and lend to greater productivity. Bullying will deflate team unity and create inefficiencies.       I am pleased with all that is being done to keep associates as safe and healthy as possible during the Covid-19 pandemic. The CDC recommendations/guidelines are reviewed daily to ensure that the proper actions are put into place. Just to list a few…1 – Certified Medical Personnel are on site daily to take each individuals temperature before being permitted to enter the facility. 2 – A professional Cleaning Service is brought in throughout the week to disinfect/sanitize high traffic areas. 3 – Face masks are made available for those who feel it necessary to wear. 4 – Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility. 5 – Associates actively practice social distancing. Also, updates are provided to all associates on a regular, sometimes daily, basis to keep us apprised of new information and any changes being made. The Management Team is open to and understanding of concerns associates have.
