Consuming feedback from various forums, such as Glassdoor, reflects Connection’s willingness to identify and discuss areas requiring improvement in an effort to work cooperatively towards implementing changes to foster a collaborative, harmonious work environment across all segments of our business. It’s unfortunate that you did not find promotional opportunities and the compensation robust. Our compensation team consistently evaluates the labor markets where Connection conducts business to ensure equitable wages are afforded for the assigned duties. Our record would reflect that Connection excels in selecting and developing employees with high potential talent. Employees are encouraged to participate in professional development programs offered by Connection University to acquire skills and knowledge for their professional growth and development. With 2,500+ employees, Connection recognizes the importance of communicating our strategic vision to employees regardless of subsidiary and work location. Communicating decisions and expectations helps parties achieve understanding and acceptance. In addition to hosting live and virtual events, we recently launched Connect (an internal platform to share and manage business content) and will be deploying E1 (ERP platform) to increase collaboration and enhance communication across the Connection family of companies. More opportunities to augment collaboration and drive synergy remain. Reading the latest edition of the Insider, reviewing Suggestion Connection submissions and employing technology to “see” one another in meetings, kick-offs and earnings calls are all viable means to keep connected with one another.
