      Pros

      I'm glad I've not taken too much stock in the negative reviews before accepting an offer. My experience so far has been nothing but great. Management has shown to be professional, supportive, and collaborative. Benefits and compensation are excellent compared to other companies out there.

      Cons

      Rapidly growing company. I don't care what company you're talking about, managing growth will always be an organizational challenge. I do feel ConnectiveRx is up to the challenge.

      Horrible Culture

      Interesting space, challenging work, flexible hours, good pay

      Cons

      PE ownership mentality. You are a cog in a machine looking for short-term revenue at any cost. No interest in building a sustainable, lasting business. No professional development planning. Company has restructured from the top down five times over the past two years - should be a huge red flag.

      A lot of opportunity to grow with the company Excellent culture They care about their employees. The office has a stocked kitchen w/ Starbucks coffee
