      This company is cheap and will micromanage-you to death. You must brown nose to move up.

      Free snacks coffee and soft drinks

      Cons

      Don’t bother there is no room to move up. Ive watched Management walk in the room point to a person and promote them….just like that! Wages are so low I was unable to live off of the paltry dollar amount I received. I was there 4 years, people who were just hired and younger received much better wages.

      NONE........ This is a company that you would need to get rid of your management and hire all new, They never allowed us to of our jobs because the word " Temp" stood in the way If you want a better call center either ReTrain the management or get all new and start from scratch..

      Pros

      Good, friendly people to work with. Leaders in the copay / messaging / hub space that know a lot about the fields they work in and do their best for their clients. Strong sales and analytics teams.

      Cons

      As mentioned in other reviews, the CEO is an absolute nightmare. He does not know how to run a company and does everything he can to stifle innovation / leadership, including: - Shooting down employee ideas without giving reasons why - Providing vague answers to critical business questions - Providing arbitrary revenue / growth targets, then cutting bonuses when they aren't made (while admitting he made a huge mistake, even though he got to keep his full bonus). Every acquisition and idea is a major misstep because he does not talk to his employees about how it fits within what the company is trying to do today. He is slowly tearing apart what his predecessors built.
