Pros

Good benefits. Volume probably took it to a too big to fail state, and competitors are doing worse so stability seems ok. Company has tons of upside if managed well.

Cons

not managed well. Office politics, empire builders, and loudness rule. management by white men bro culture of generalities and buzz words of the day disconnected from reality. that works for Sales (they're doing great) but no one else. IT keeps changing processes every 6 months and failing its people because there is no plan for change execution at the details that matter - vicious cycle and going thru it again! everything is more complex than it needs to be to allow their empires to grow. they don't understand what products and systems they are managing. most in project mgmt dont know what project planning is, don't communicate well with others, disrespect and bully people into doing more work to account for poor planning and poor product and business choices. Be ready to unlearn proper processes. Focus on patients and quality is a vision statement, execution shows not. Any given client can be at edge of red on a dime. It is a farce but no one dare say otherwise.

Pros

Benefits are some of the best I’ve had with a company.

Cons

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever been apart of. My mental health has been progressively getting worse since returning to the office which I had no issue doing . It’s basically like working at a Waffle House with the current people they have been hiring. I have been with the company for 4+ years (Before the merger with ConnectiveRX.) Nothing ever changes. Only getting worse. There is zero communication with in this company. Training is horrific. The amount of managers, supervisors, directors changing positions/ quitting is something I’ve never seen before. You do not need to be qualified for anything. As long as you are liked By the right managers, and are a yes man, you can be moved into new positions. Good luck actually learning the position you are moved into, then you will be asked to train new employees when you don’t even know what you are doing. Sounds good when dealing with patients healthcare, right?! Forget about ever speaking to your supervisors, everything is a “fire” and they don’t have time. Bullying between coworkers is happening daily, and you are told to “not think too much into it” when alerting higher ups. Pay is not equal for women and men / new hires making dollars more in same position as someone who’s been there for years. Do not contact HR though because they’ll give you some hush money, then hope you drop it. Actively looking for new position.

Pros

Decent pay range Lots of good people -dwindling

Cons

Outdated WFH policy Culture has worsened Only focused on diversity, no one else Upper Management doesn’t trust teams Has a ‘Demand’ culture Everything is a fire drill Can’t tell customers no or hold them accountable, then management blames the employee. Sales has a ‘hook them now, apologize later’ philosophy the EMT approves of EMT is only looking to cash out on the sale
