Business Outlook
Pros
Great snacks and activities - the company does try to immerse itself somewhat in the community. They also have an awesome coffee machine and free snacks. The work cubicles are cool and the office setting is much more pleasant than other places I’ve worked.
Cons
The company was small and has now grown into a corporation that is too big for it’s own good. Upper management spreads their employees too thin, and requires OT too often instead of hiring the appropriate number of people to staff their programs. One senior manager in particular has completely blocked high-quality employees from being promoted internally because of personal dislike.
