      Needs better communication

      Always hiring as they are growing

      Cons

      -change in upper management seems to happen frequently -No handbook yet -Hires a lot of supervisor/managers/directors from outside of the company who end up only staying for a short period of time because of expectations. It would make sense to look at current employees and develop them for the positions more if possible.
