Pros

The pay is good and the insurance benefits are good at a great rate.

Cons

Supervisors and managers are highly unprofessional and will talk about employees to each other as well as other employees. They don't appreciate or recognize hard work. They change policy and procedure every 5 minutes, not to mention work location. The work is boring and repetitious but could be tolerable if management was not such a joke.

Pros

The family-oriented lifestyle and work-life balance that Careform provides is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. The CEO really shows appreciation to the employees with perks he provides.

Cons

With the growing company, parking is sometimes an issue but will probably be better in the future.

Great people, as a new employee I have had nothing but wonderful treatment. Started with training in a classroom and having me shadow other awesome team members. They invest in you and want you to be at your best. I see great opportunities for someone that is eager to learn and Im looking forward to learn and move up. I highly recommend Connectiverx call center for all of my friends and others.
