      No real pros at this time.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and egotistical. Constant micromanaging and offensive behavior exists on a daily basis in the contact center from the majority of their management team. Communication is non existent. Usually I take negative reviews with a grain of salt but unfortunately the previous negative reviews of this company are accurate. Favoritism is rampant. Contact center morale is lower than I've ever seen. Program knowledge and seniority alone is not a qualification for promotion. Recent promotions were given with no regard to actual experience and fit. Senior Management is clueless on how to effectively run the business. Numbers are truly more important than people

      Horrible and Unprofessional Place to Work

      Some decent tasting free snacks. Not even worth it.

      Cons

      This company has no clear direction and is incredibly unprofessional in the way they deal with their employees. Management, especially in the program management department, are corrupt, self serving, hypocritical and over work and under pay their employees. No other department in the company wants to work with the PM teams because of the managers. "HR department" is a joke. So if you have any real issues you might as well just keep them to yourself or they will have it out for you.
