Growing quickly but keeping culture

Pros

The company is growing very quickly which is creating new roles and new openings constantly. The culture continues to stay one of the best I've experienced despite the growth. That is unique and great to see.

Cons

There are little things: parking is some times very difficult to find. Few food options around the building, but Ubereats, GrubHub, and food trucks keep it manageable.

Good position in market with many contacts in the Pharma vertical, recently acquired by private equity firm, finally some strategic vision for company roadmap, new corporate headquarters with modern amenities

Cons

Poor executive management, not committed to ANY project management process, disingenuous attempt at implementing SAFe, owned by private equity firm means a lot spreadsheet decisions without any optics into client/team impact (I was laid off during a reduction in force to make a quarterly goal... the CTO was let go right when I predicted it at the end of the next quarter)
