      Pros

      Company has experienced explosive growth in the past 3 years. Employees are treated well, benefits are excellent and work/life balance is fantastic as well. Company culture has improved 100%! Campus is beautiful too.

      Stocked break room snacks - Reasonable schedule - Decent direct supervisors - Co-Workers - Good equipment

      Cons

      Pay was low - too tech based - millennial like culture - some managers thought they knew it all - drinking alcohol in the office - very disorganized and silly work a-rounds to make things work.
