Pros
Friendly coworkers at the lower levels, sales teams try to do right by our clients
Cons
It's owned by a PE firm, so it is all about the financials here. There's high turnover because the management has ridiculous growth targets imposed by this PE firm - they can't afford to waste time valuing their employees because they are too busy trying to keep their own jobs. CEO is a joke - he makes arbitrary decisions that make the lives of EVERY employee substantially harder and never bothers to ask whether or not they are good ideas, which has a negative trickle-down effect as people rush to accommodate. No effective training means you have to pick up as you go in a fast-paced, complex environment, making mistakes until you learn better as employees cover for you. The leadership also keeps bringing on new acquisitions and forcing the employees to figure out how to fit everything together into a cohesive structure with minimal guidance.
